POLAND - A SNOWBOARD DOCUMENTARY is the first edition of Blickinsfreie´s eastern European snowboard documentaries showing the development of snowboarding in former communist countries.

With one phone number in the bag, René Eckert went on a 20 hour trip by train to Zakopane in Poland to discover the Polish snowboard scene. The spontaneous idea became more and more a successful adventure which advanced deep in the roots of the Polish scene.
From the mountains of the Tatra to cities like Krakow one thing is for sure, snowboarders dedicate a lot of heart in their dream of snowboarding.
